Auction Assistant

Overview

Auction Assistant will periodically scan the auctions being offered by any eBay seller, and send alerts by e-mail whenever a bid is placed or retracted on any of that seller's auctions. It can send messages to any e-mail address, including the e-mail address associated with a wireless phone or pager. Auction Assistant can monitor multiple sellers' accounts and send alerts to multiple e-mail addresses, so you can use it to watch your competitors' auctions, as well as your own.

You may not be able to check eBay yourself, but Auction Assistant can do it for you, and notify you when you receive bids on your auctions.

Here is how it works:

  1. Choose which eBay sellers you'd like to monitor.
  2. Choose which e-mail addresses to which you'd like to send alerts.
  3. Designate an e-mail address to send the notices from.
  4. Choose how often you'd like to scan for changes.
  5. Minimize the application and it will hide in your system tray (by the clock on your taskbar) and check for changes to the sellers' auctions.
  6. Receive a message each time a change is found. One message per auction is sent.

IMPORTANT: You should use a continuous connection to the Internet to use Auction Assistant.
